Welcome to Urban Soccer Hub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Urban Soccer Hub platform, including our web application, mobile integrations, and Apple TV app (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By using Urban Soccer Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of service
Urban Soccer Hub is a platform for managing soccer facilities, teams, events, and competitions.
Platform features
The Service provides tools for facility management, venue scheduling, team organization, event creation and registration, game scoring and statistics, competition and league management, and payment processing.
Real-time data
The Service uses real-time data synchronization. Information such as scores, schedules, and registrations may update automatically across all connected devices, including facility display screens.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
- Authentication — Accounts are created and accessed through Google OAuth. You must use a valid Google account.
- Accuracy — You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email, and any other required profile details.
- Security — You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Age requirement — You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Payment processing
All payments are handled by Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. We store only your Stripe customer ID and transaction metadata.
Facility subscriptions
Facility operators may subscribe to paid plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through the platform.
Event payments
Some events may require payment for registration. Refund policies are set by the facility or event organizer. Contact the facility directly for refund requests related to event registrations.
Acceptable use
Use the Service responsibly and respect other users.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a facility or team
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
Content and data
You retain ownership of your content. We need a license to operate the Service.
Your content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, including team information, event details, and profile data. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the Service.
Facility content
Facility operators are responsible for the content they publish, including event listings, advertisements displayed on screens, and team information. Content must not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Data portability
You may request a copy of your data at any time by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and deletion.
Urban Soccer Hub TV (Apple TV App)
The TV app is a facility display tool. It shows content managed by facility administrators.
Urban Soccer Hub TV is designed to be used by facility operators to display scoreboards, schedules, advertisements, and celebration content on facility screens. The content displayed is managed by the facility through the main Urban Soccer Hub platform.
Facility operators are responsible for ensuring that content displayed on the TV app is appropriate for their venue and audience. The TV app may display third-party content such as GIFs from Klipy, which are subject to their own terms.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers. Their terms also apply.
The Service relies on third-party services including Google (for authentication), Stripe (for payments), and others described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Soccer Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party can terminate the relationship at any time.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may notify you through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
