Urban Soccer Hub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Urban Soccer Hub platform, including the web application, mobile integrations, and Apple TV app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account, using our platform features, and making payments.
Account information
When you create an account through Google OAuth, we collect your name, email address, phone number, birthdate, gender, and profile image.
Sports and facility data
As you use the platform, we collect data including team memberships, game statistics, event availability, skill level, and RSVP responses.
Payment data
Payments are processed through Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and transaction metadata. We do not store credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.
Device data
We may collect push notification tokens and basic device information to deliver notifications and support the Apple TV display app.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Urban Soccer Hub platform.
- Facility management — Venue scheduling, resource allocation, and facility operations
- Events — Event creation, registration, coordination, and RSVP management
- Games — Scoring, statistics tracking, and competition management
- Payments — Processing payments and managing subscriptions through Stripe
- Communications — Sending transactional emails such as event confirmations, payment receipts, and team invitations
- Analytics — Understanding how the platform is used so we can improve it
- Error monitoring — Identifying and fixing bugs to keep the platform reliable
Third-party services
We work with trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each service processes only the data necessary for its function.

Urban Soccer Hub TV (Apple TV App)
The TV app is a display-only application for facilities. It does not collect personal data from viewers.
Urban Soccer Hub TV shows scoreboards, event schedules, advertisements, and celebration GIFs (powered by Klipy) on facility screens. It connects to the facility's backend to display real-time information managed by facility administrators.
Any data shown on the TV app — such as player names or scores — is sourced from the main Urban Soccer Hub platform. The TV app itself does not collect, store, or transmit personal data from viewers.
Data retention and deletion
We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
When you request account deletion, we perform a soft delete — your data is marked as deleted and excluded from active use, then permanently removed in accordance with our retention schedule.

Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
Our security measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via OAuth, and role-based access controls. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children's privacy
Urban Soccer Hub is not directed at children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the platform or via email.
